I placed an order on the site. What happens next?
After checkout we confirm the delivery and order details with you. Send your order number in FlyChat or Telegram.
How do I pay for an order?
After we confirm the order and delivery details, the manager will send payment instructions.
Company orders can be paid by invoice or contract.
How do you ship orders?
Across Russia we ship by SDEK and Russian Post. International orders are calculated separately based on the full address and order contents.
International orders are priced in euros.
When are orders processed?
FLY Team processes orders Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 21:00 Moscow time, and Saturday from 9:00 to 16:00 Moscow time. Sunday is a day off.
When order volume is high, confirmation can take up to 48 hours.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Sizes are selected individually by measurements. If an order is placed using standard measurements, exchange is not available if the suit or uniform does not fit.
New items can be exchanged after you contact us following receipt and fitting. Personalized items cannot be returned.
Can I build an order from different sets?
Yes, shorts, breeches, tops, and tanks can be ordered separately.
Each set is made from its own material, so items from different sets can differ in shade and texture. Set discounts do not apply to separate articles.
Production and Embroidery
How long does production take?
Uniforms and suits take 8-14 business days after payment, then the order is shipped.
Covers with name embroidery take 7-10 business days after payment. Backpacks usually have a queue, so please check timing with the manager.
Can you embroider a uniform?
Depending on the model, we can embroider initials, a surname, or a full name.
Available embroidery options are listed in the product description. If the product card has no embroidery field or description note, personalization is not available for that model.
Do you offer custom tailoring?
We do not make fully custom pieces. Choose from the available catalog models; we select the size by measurements and send the item for embroidery and packing.
Can personalization be removed or replaced?
No. Embroidery is made through the fabric with metallic thread, and removal can damage the material. Re-embroidering the same area can pull or tear the fabric.
Cooperation
Do you sell wholesale?
Wholesale sales are available from 500,000 RUB per month. The maximum discount is 20%.
Some limited uniform and suit models are not discounted. Backpacks and accessories are not discounted.
Can I propose a collaboration?
Campaigns and event participation are reviewed individually. Send us your proposal and we will pass it to the team.
General Questions
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, electronic gift certificates are available for any amount. To issue one, send us the recipient's full name and email address.
Do you have a showroom or store?
FlySport is an online store. Orders are shipped from different warehouses in Russia, with worldwide delivery available.
Some models may be available in Moscow at the Viner center with their embroidery. Please check model and size availability with the manager.
Do you offer discounts?
Team discounts for groups of 10-15 people or more are agreed individually and depend on the model and athletes' height. The order should be for one uniform or suit model.
Some limited models are not discounted. For individual orders from 35,000 RUB for one person, we add a gift.
How should I care for the garments?
Wash at no more than 30 degrees using liquid detergent on a delicate or hand-wash cycle. Turn the garment inside out first. Maximum spin speed is 600 rpm. Iron inside out at no more than 110 degrees.
Bleach, tumble drying, and dry cleaning can damage the item. Wash colored fabrics, embroidery, and applique without soaking and separately from white garments.
Do not machine-wash backpacks; it can damage the frame, back panel, and hardware.
