Placing an Order
Choose the products you like and add them to the cart. Submit the request, and we will contact you in a convenient way to arrange the most suitable delivery and payment options.
FLY Team processes orders from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 21:00 Moscow time.
You can also place an order via Telegram by sending the article number of the required model together with the sizes.
If you order a costume or uniform for a height above 165 cm or with hip circumference above 90 cm, the price of the costume or uniform increases by 20%.
Payment
Payment is made via QR code. After full prepayment, we individually choose the size according to your measurements, send the item for embroidery, pack it, and then dispatch it.
Depending on the chosen model, order processing takes from 8 to 14 business days.
Delivery
CDEK
Delivery is paid on receipt.
Shipping can be arranged either to a home address or to a convenient pickup point. Delivery to a CDEK pickup point is usually faster and cheaper.
Russian Post
Delivery is paid in advance.
Once the parcel is sent, we provide the shipment document with the final amount.
Warranty and Returns
The warranty period for apparel, accessories, component parts, and комплектующие is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. The warranty period is established by the manufacturer in accordance with Article 19 of the Russian Federation Law No. 2300-1 dated February 7, 1992.
Garments that do not fit by size are not eligible for return. Please take measurements carefully before placing the order.
