Placing an order

Pick the items you like and add them to the cart. Submit the request — we'll get in touch in the way that works for you and suggest the most convenient shipping and payment options. FLY Team processes orders Mon-Fri, 9:00 to 21:00 Moscow time.

You can also place an order via Telegram. Just share the article number of the model you'd like and the sizes.

Please note

If you order a suit/uniform for a height above 165 cm or hip circumference above 90 cm, the price of the suit/uniform increases by 20%.

Payment

Payment is made by QR code. After a 100% payment we tailor the size to your measurements, send the items for embroidery, pack and then ship them.

Order processing takes from 8 to 14 business days depending on the selected model.

Shipping

We ship across Russia with two carriers — pick the one that suits you.

SDEK

Shipping is paid on pickup. Delivery to an SDEK pickup point is always faster and cheaper.

Russian Post

Shipping is paid upfront. Once dispatched, we send a waybill with the total amount.

Warranty and returns

The warranty period for apparel and accessories, their components and accessory items is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. The warranty is set by the manufacturer in accordance with Article 19 of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992.

Apparel that does not fit in size cannot be returned. Please take your measurements carefully!
